Erik Kapfer is the conceptual lead and co-founder of the Pattern City Velenje. The model city operates as a research and development department of Ljudska univerza Velenje, and at the same time, is an ecosystem for education. Erik is a technology enthusiast who gained knowledge and experience for five years in Amsterdam, where he was involved in developing a smart city and introducing new technologies. He has more than ten years of professional experience in the film industry and media. In his previous companies, he mostly worked as a manager of development departments and took care of innovative approaches using new technologies. At the round table, he will give a strategic aspect of implementing XR content in business processes, which is currently used for educational purposes and human resources development.
